Trips and Outings ✨

At My Little Angels Day Nursery, we believe learning should be filled with adventure, discovery, and joy! Our trips and outings give children the chance to explore the world around them, build confidence, and create lasting memories with their friends. Each outing is carefully planned to be safe, age-appropriate, and exciting for the children involved.

Throughout the year, we offer a wonderful variety of experiences, including:

🎭 Christmas Theatre Trip
Our pre-school children enjoy a magical visit to the theatre each winter to see the Christmas pantomime. It’s always a highlight of the year — filled with laughter, singing, and festive sparkle!

🐮 Summer Farm Trip
Our toddler group loves their annual adventure to Old MacDonald’s Farm, where they can meet and feed the animals, ride on tractors, and explore the countryside. It’s a fantastic hands-on learning experience and always a day full of smiles!

🚋 Exploring London’s Transport
One of our most exciting trips is our London transport adventure, where children get to experience the city in a whole new way. From soaring above the Thames on the Emirates Cable Cars, to cruising on a Thames Clipper boat, and hopping aboard the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) — this trip helps children discover the many different modes of transport that make London so special. It’s a fun-filled day of exploration, wonder, and learning!

🌳 Local Mini-Outings
In addition to our larger trips, we regularly enjoy local walks and mini adventures within our community. These may include visits to the local park, library, or shops, as well as nature walks in Bonnet’s Woods right behind our nursery. These smaller outings help children learn about the world around them, build independence, and feel a sense of belonging in their local area.

Each of our outings helps children develop social skills, curiosity, and independence while having fun in the wider world. Parents are always kept fully informed and, where possible, are invited to join us on these memorable adventures.
