Eligible 2-year-olds can receive up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year which at My Little Angels can also be stretched across 51 weeks of the year at 22.4 hours per week under the 2-Year-Olds Funding scheme. To qualify, children must meet certain criteria, including those in care, receiving Disability Living Allowance, or coming from families receiving benefits such. as Universal Credit with a household income below £26,500 (outside London) or £34,500 (within London).
If your child is 3 or 4 years old, there are government funding options available to help with childcare costs.
All 3 and 4-year-olds are entitled to up to 15 hours of free childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year which at My Little Angels can be stretched across 51 weeks of the year at 11.2 hours per week., starting the term after their third birthday. This entitlement is available to all families, regardless of income or employment status.
Additionally, eligible working parents can access 30 hours of free childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year which at My Little Angels can be stretched across 51 weeks of the year at 22.4 hours per week. To qualify, both parents (or the sole parent in a single- parent household) must be working and each earning at least the National Minimum Wage or Living Wage for 16 hours a week, but less than £100,000 per year.
